Marshmallow Extrusion Line

MARSHMALLOW EXTRUSION LINE
The original make of the line is not known, it has been overhauled by the current owner. The plant should make approx 400Kg per hour, depending on the size extruded. 

The parts for sale are:
1) The DCE dust extractor with all the ancillary ducting and intake points
2) OAKES aerator
3) a colour/flavour pump (never used as they only made white mallow)
4) the starch handling unit
5) the extruder (4 colour capability)
6) numerous extrusion nozzles (some up to 26 nozzles wide, so ropes, twists, squares etc)
7) extrusion conveyor belt (about 25m long x 1.4m wide). This has a very small tear on it, but it is still in workable condition, and in my opinion does not need to be replaced.
8) the cutter 
9) the destarching drum and vibratory sieve
10) the electrical control panel 
11) the return conveyor to get the starch to the beginning of the process again
12) the discharge conveyor 

The line does not include a cooking station. Still set up in the factory, no longer in production, it can be seen running under power. Price £82,250EXW packed into 3 x 40ft containers..
